When purchasing in the Cayman Islands, you will have to pay a ONE TIME Stamp Duty fee of 7.5% of the purchase price; that’s right, a ONE-TIME fee. The good thing about Cayman is we’re tax free. Once you have closed on your property, you don’t have to worry about annual tax payment again. If it is your first-time purchasing most banks will require 20-30% down payment.

Anywhere you decide to live, a beach will always be near you. From a relaxed day on the white sands and blue waters, to scuba diving and night diving. You will always be amazed with the sea life of the Cayman Islands. Locals and Residents usually use their Saturdays but mainly Sundays for boat or wave runner rides to Rum Point, Stingray City and Star Fish point. It is beautiful to see many people coming together to enjoy music, great food and have a good time on the water.
